If you don't understand these Terms & Conditions read through them with a parent (or guardian).

Who we are

1. We are Dubit Limited, a company registered in England under company number 3922956 and our registered office is at 2 Moorfield Chambers, Moorfield Crescent, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7EA.

Rules

2. These rules apply to your use of the DubitCard.

Who can use the DubitCard

3. The DubitCard is only for people between 11 and 17 years old who live in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

If you are under 12

4. If you are under 12, we need proof that your parent or guardian is happy for us to use your details. We ask you for your parents' email address so that we can get approval from them. Once we have received approval we delete their email address immediately.

Your Details

5. You are providing personal information on the application form and each time you use your DubitCard information will be collected about you and your purchases. This is what we will use all this information for:

• sending you the DubitCard
• emailing you from time to time with offers from companies participating in the DubitCard scheme*
• sending text messages to your mobile phone from time to time with offers from companies participating in the DubitCard scheme
• sending you a brochure in the post from time to time with the latest offers and other stuff we think you'll be interested in

One of the benefits of having a DubitCard is that we can use information collected through the DubitCard about you to send you details of offers, promotions and products in the ways set out above. But you can choose not to receive such information. If you decide that you:

• do not want to receive information on DubitCard offers and promotions from us
• do not want to receive information (including special offers) by email
• do not want to receive information (including special offers) by text message to your mobile phone
• do not want to receive information (including special offers) by post

then at any time you can:

• email us at help@dubitcard.com
• write to us at DubitCard Services, Dubit Limited, 2 Moorfield Chambers, Moorfield Crescent, Leeds, LS19 7EA
• edit your profile on www.dubitcard.com.

6. If for any reason we need to transfer your personal information outside the European Union for a specific purpose, we will make sure it is kept as private as it is in the UK.

7. If any details you have given us (especially your email or postal address) change you must tell us by emailing us at help@dubitcard.com or writing to us at DubitCard Services, Dubit Limited, 2 Moorfield Chambers, Moorfield Crescent, Leeds, LS19 7EA as soon as possible. You must make sure that you always have a valid email and postal address that we can use to get in touch with you.

How the Card Works

8. You can show your DubitCard at participating shops and get a discount on their products and services. You can also earn points on your card when you buy certain products, eg you might get 50 points when you buy a large pizza. You can build up points on your card and then swap them for goods and services, eg 500 points might get you £5 off a CD. These are just examples of the sorts of benefits you might get - it doesn't mean we are offering these at the moment. The participating companies decide from time to time what discounts they will offer, how you earn points and the number of points you can earn and we are not responsible for this.

9. All discounts and points are subject to availability and you buy things direct from the participating companies and not us. We are not responsible for the standard or quality of any goods and services you get from a participating company. We are also not responsible for the discount or points a participating company may decide to give and what they may decide you can swap your points for - that is up to them not us.

10. Participating companies can refuse to give you points on your card or a discount where they have a good reason for refusing.

11. To get points or a discount you have to show your DubitCard (or enter the necessary information if you are buying online or over the phone) before you buy something. Participating companies can ask you to prove your age before they let you use your DubitCard.

12. We send you a statement by email, text message or letter each month showing how many points you have on your DubitCard. You can also check your points on My Profile at www.dubitcard.com. The points on your profile are updated each month. If you think the number of points on your statement or profile is wrong and you have the receipts to show why, then we will correct this but otherwise our decision is final.

13. You cannot use your points until they appear on your statement or your profile. Participating companies might take a while to tell us when you have earned points so please be patient.

14. If you have used your points, you cannot use them again. If we have reason to suspect you have lied to us or done anything wrong, we can refuse to give you points or cancel any points you have.

15. You cannot transfer points to another DubitCard. You cannot combine points on more than one DubitCard to swap for a specific item. Points have no cash value.

Please Note: the points system is currently not active but we are working on it. We will let you know as soon as it's in place.

Keeping the Card Safe

16. DubitCards belong to us and you must return the card to us if we ask you or destroy it when it is no longer valid. You are responsible for keeping the card safe. We are not responsible if anyone uses your card without your permission, eg if someone takes it and spends your points without you knowing, we can't give you those points back unless you have rung us to tell us your card has been stolen.

17. No one except you is allowed to use your DubitCard so you can't lend it to anyone else.

Cancellation

18. We will tell you that we are immediately suspending, restricting or ending your right to use the card if:

• you break these Rules
• you supply false or misleading information to us
• we reasonably believe you have misused the DubitCard
• we are unable to get in touch with you either by email or post because you have changed your email or postal address and not told us
• we decide to cancel the DubitCard scheme, remove a participating company, or stop offering points or discounts.

19. You can cancel your DubitCard at any time by telling us. If you cancel you will lose any points you have on the card.

20. We can tell you that we are ending the DubitCard scheme at any time. If we do we may give you a short time to keep using the card, eg to use up any points you have on your card, but after that we won't allow you to earn any more points or use your card to get discounts and you will lose any points you have on your card.

Changes to Rules

21. We can change these Rules at any time. The latest rules are always on our website, www.dubitcard.com. If you continue to use the DubitCard after we have changed the Rules, you are taken to have accepted the changes.
