Using DubitCard

How do I use my DubitCard?

Just flash your DubitCard at venues showing the Dubit logo to get your discount. Alternatively, check dubitcard.com to see where your card will be accepted.

What if a retailer on the card doesn't accept it?

All these places have been told about DubitCard so if you have had a problem using your card, please email us at help@dubit.co.uk and we'll fix it for you!

Where can I find the nearest venue to me?

Just visit www.dubitcard.com and click through to the retailers website.

What shall I do if I want to change the name on my card?

Sorry, you cannot change the name on your DubitCard.

How old do I need to be?

To apply for a DubitCard you must be between the ages of 11 and 17.

How do I change my address or any other personal details?

Will DubitCard sell my details on to other companies?

No, your details will be kept at Dubit and DubitCard. You will only receive emails and text messages from DubitCard about new offers available if you have chosen to receive them.

Can I change how you tell me about offers and competitions?

Yes, email dubitcardadmin@dubit.co.uk with your new details

Are there any monthly charges for using the card?

DubitCard is completely free and you will not be charged at all for using it.

My signature has rubbed off my card, do I need a new one?

No. If the white panel on the back of your card is still intact, just re-sign your name. If you card is damaged, please email dubitcardadmin@dubit.co.uk to request a new one stating your name, postcode and email address.

What shall I do if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?

Log onto www.dubitcard.com and click on the contact us button to request a new one stating your name, postcode and email address.

How long does it take to get a new card?

From approval of application, you will receive your card within 21 days through the post.

I have washed my DubitCard.

Oops! Your DubitCard should be okay, you may just have to re-sign the signature strip. If you card is damaged, please email dubitcardadmin@dubit.co.uk.

I've received my DubitCard and guide, what shall I do now?

Sign the back of your card and put it in your wallet and don't leave home without it!

Can I withdraw money from a cash machine with it?

No, DubitCard is not a bank card.

I haven't received my monthly email.

There are several options. 1) Check your email software to ensure there are no filters in place which may have blocked it. 2) Check you have given us your correct email address. Just log in, edit your personal details and ensure you're correct email address is given.

How do I stop receiving email or text messages from DubitCard?

Just log in, edit your personal details and remove your opt-in decision to receive these messages.

Alternatively, we can remove you from our database completely. To do this, please contact us.
